Robert Carrasco is an experienced program manager currently employed at HighPoint Digital since April 2019, where responsibilities include defining program goals, developing comprehensive plans, and managing resources. Prior to this role, Robert held several positions at Indiana University Health from November 2006 to April 2019, including Manager of Medicare Operations and Project Manager for multiple transformation initiatives. Robert's career also includes experiences at Clarian Health Systems as an Applications Instructor, focusing on training for electronic medical records, and at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers as a Training Supervisor. Robert holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and Organizational Design and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, both from the University of Indianapolis.
