Stacy Barbee Ricks is an experienced training manager and instructional designer with a robust background in adult learning design and facilitation. Currently serving as Training Manager at HighPoint Digital since February 2019, Stacy leads a team focused on creating innovative learning experiences for call center employees. Previous roles include Lead Instructional Designer at High Point Global and Sr. IT Trainer at CNO Financial Group, where responsibilities encompassed developing multimedia IT training. Earlier experience also includes instructional design for various organizations, including Oxygen Education LLC and General Physics Training, showcasing expertise in designing and delivering effective training materials. Stacy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Wright State University.
