James Janssen is an experienced technology and operations leader with a strong background in product management and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Operations at HighPoint, James supports the CEO by providing operational leadership to multiple product teams focused on enhancing student success through innovative software solutions. As a Technical Product Manager and Co-Founder at geekoffice, James leads end-to-end digital product development while building relationships with various stakeholders. Previously, James held significant roles at La Visual and Azusa Pacific University, where responsibilities ranged from leading technology divisions to transforming IT engineering practices. James holds a Master's Degree in Divinity and a BA in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.
