Chad Helland

Chad Helland serves as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at HighQA since January 2023, having previously held the position of Director of Technical Sales Engineering. Prior to HighQA, Chad worked at MIE Solutions from August 2014 to January 2023, where roles included Technical Sales Director, Senior Consultant and Resolutions Manager, and Solutions Consultant, focusing on the implementation of MIETrak ERP software for manufacturing companies. Chad's experience also includes a lengthy tenure at Advanced Laser from February 2000 to August 2014, where positions ranged from IT Director to Machinist. Additional experience includes a part-time role as a Computer Support Technician at Krista Computers Inc. and service as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army Reserve from August 1996 to August 2004. Chad holds a Technical Diploma in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration from Chippewa Valley Technical College, as well as an A+ Certification in Information Technology.
