Job Summary

You would work in a well-established SaaS product development environment and collaborating closely with other stakeholders such as Product Managers, Solution Architects, engineering teams involving developers and QA experts. This is a Full-time role at our Hyderabad center.

Key Responsibilities

At High Radius, we pride ourselves in our people and products. We are looking for an architect for our SaaS products at our Bhubaneswar office. Career growth would be in the form of individuals moving from architecture/design to senior architect, principal Architect etc.

● Design complex software system and breaking it to simple actionable items for developers
● Translating technical concepts relating to software engineering so they are understood by
everyone to help realise the architectural strategy
● Breaking down large scale technical initiatives into manageable and deliverable units of
work
● Work to assure services delivered by technical architects across sets of services on time
● Understanding technical governance and participate in or deliver the assurance of service
in line with the expected system qualities
● Making and guiding effective decisions, explaining the rationale behind those decisions
● You must have the ability to understand and resolve technical disputes across varying
levels of complexity and risk
● Lead architectural discussions and best practices within the teams towards excellence

Requirements:

• Our ideal candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, very good debugging skills, hands-on with technical details, and driven by results.
• Senior Engineers to have experience in technically mentoring and guiding few engineers.
• Technology Stack: Java, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, React JS, MySQL, ExtJS, AWS Infra
