Salil Panda

Salil Panda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resource management. Currently serving as Senior Director at HighRadius since March 2020, Salil has significantly enhanced the company's campus visibility and established partnerships with eight major universities, providing career opportunities for over 6,000 engineering students. Prior to this, Salil spent nearly 26 years with the Indian Air Force, where roles included Chief Security Officer and Chief Admin Officer, contributing to administrative goals and overseeing the training and management of over 600 security personnel. Salil holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Utkal University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Bhadrak Autonomous College.
