Jay Ruby

Jay Ruby is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the medical and veterinary sales industries. Currently a member of the Sales Leadership Team at Highridge Medical, Jay also serves as President of JR Consulting since January 2023. Previously, Jay held the position of Area Vice President of Sales at Stryker from January 2019 to December 2022 and was VP of US Sales (West) at K2M from May 2011 to May 2019. Earlier roles included Spine Sales Manager at Stryker for nearly a decade, Feedlot Sales Manager at Mountain Veterinary Supply, and Feedlot Production Manager at Teague Diversified. Jay Ruby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences with a focus on Feedlot Management from Colorado State University, completed in 1994.
