HighSchool.GG,, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, teaches students 21st century skills via a series of competitive career development events focused around all aspects of esports organization and production. As Career Technical Education Student Leadership Organization, each school's chapter includes student-elected leadership. 

Students compete in local, regional, state, and national competitions (Career Development Events) in the following career clusters: Arts, A/V Technology & Communications, Business Management & Administration, Finance, Hospitality & Tourism, Information Technology, Marketing, Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics.
