Aiming to expand its services and products to the global mining, at the end of 2014 as part of a general restructuring, the HighService Holding Corp is formed, constituting 4 companies, which are: HighService Service, HighService Technology, HighService Engineering & Construction and MIRS.

HighService Service -  Integral Plant Maintenance: Maintenance Engineering, Planning, Programming and execution of symptomatic, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Technical assistance and highly specialized services in technology application in ring motors for SAG mill. 

HighService Technology - New Technologies focused on security, remote monitoring and wireless communication: Smart Wear Sensor system for Mill Liners and Wear Plates (SWS), Collision Avoidance System for Mining Vehicles (FleetSafety) and Safe Loading System (SLS). 

HighService Engineering & Construction - Industrial construction, project management services in the field, technical inspection of works, engineering development and execution of Pre-commissioning and commissioning of projects.

MIRS - Design, develop and supply robotic products and systems for the mining industry, integrating robotic arms, grippers, programming, sensors and safety.
