Food has ServSafe. Alcohol has TIPS. THC beverages didn’t have a standard — so we built one.

Highspitality is the professional certification platform for teams serving THC beverages. We turn “curious” into “confident” with the training, protocols, and credentials hospitality teams need to serve responsibly and profitably.

THC beverages are a $4.8B market, and guests are already ordering them. The problem: alcohol certifications were never built for delayed onset, milligram-based dosing, cross-fading, or THC-specific overconsumption. Highspitality closes that gap.

What we offer: • THC Safe Service — a 45-minute foundational certification any team member can complete on any device. • Advanced THC Service — a 3–4 hour, 12-module program for bartenders, distributors, and hospitality groups. • THC Beverage Management (coming soon) — program ownership, product vetting, audit readiness, and floor-intervention protocols for operators.

Who we serve: bars, restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, beverage brands, and distributors — plus the individual professionals building careers in this category.

Built on a compliant foundation: hemp-derived THC beverages with 0.3% or less Delta-9 THC are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and permitted for on-premise service in 21+ states. We train teams on state-agnostic guardrails — 21+ ID verification, COA-backed products, and measured service standards.

Founded by Dani Baranowski — bartender turned cannabis policy architect, co-founder of the Chamber of Cannabis, and leader of the Florida Hemp Beverage Coalition. Highspitality is where her policy work meets the floor.
