Brian Heston is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in UX and design system development. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Highspot since May 2023, Brian focuses on creating an exceptional design system with a strong emphasis on accessibility. Previously, Brian worked as a Design System Consultant at Translational Analytics and Statistics, LLC, enhancing a scalable design-to-code solution. While at Microsoft from 2013 to 2022, Brian played a pivotal role in the creation and refinement of various design systems and user experiences for products such as Groove Music and Xbox Live. Brian's earlier positions include Senior UX Designer at TUNE, Senior Product Designer at Simply Measured, and Founder of Fractalmouse Games. With a BFA in Design from Boston University, Brian combines a robust educational background with a wealth of practical experience in designing user-centered solutions across diverse industries.
