Brie Solberg (Felnagle), PhD, is a Senior Program Manager in People and Organizational Development at Highspot, where they manage the employee listening program and global onboarding initiatives. With a strong background in Human Resources and organizational development, they previously held positions as a Human Resources Specialist and Recruiting Coordinator at Highspot, and worked as a Technical Recruiter at Robert Half Technology. Brie is passionate about employee engagement and organizational culture, leveraging their training in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to drive impactful solutions.
