Justin Gotchall

Justin Gotchall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management, solutions architecture, and customer services, currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Highspot since October 2019. Prior roles at Highspot included Senior Solutions Architect and Senior Services Executive, the latter of which involved founding the EMEA Services team and managing customer relations in the region. Previously, Justin worked as a Product Manager at Sprinklr, where Justin co-founded the Center of Excellence for Implementation, and had roles as a Senior Business Consultant and Enablement Consultant. Justin's early career included a position as a Social Media Specialist at Nike, managing customer engagement, along with various roles in soccer officiating, marketing, coaching, and freelance writing. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Oregon.
