Tracey Newell

Tracey Newell currently serves on the Board of Directors for multiple companies, including Deepwatch, Druva (where Tracey also chairs the Compensation Committee), DataRobot (as Lead Director), Highspot, and SailPoint (where Tracey chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee). Tracey was previously on the Board of Directors for Sumo Logic until May 2023 and held the position of President at Informatica from July 2016 to January 2021, overseeing global sales, marketing, and customer success. Tracey also contributed as Executive Vice President of Global Field Operations and Customer Success at Proofpoint and as Executive Vice President of Global Sales at Polycom. Prior to these roles, Tracey was Senior Vice President of Commercial Sales at Juniper Networks. Tracey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
