Ali Donnel is a Training & Application Specialist at Highspring, where they assist with course design, development, and training delivery for new employees. With over 12 years of experience in the Staffing Industry, Ali's past roles include Office Manager and Senior Application Support Analyst, allowing them to cultivate a passion for supporting colleagues in acclimating to their new positions. Proudly onboarding hundreds of new employees each year, Ali continues to provide ongoing coaching and support. They are currently pursuing further education at the University of South Florida.
