Brian Waller

Brian Waller is a seasoned executive in the professional services sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Highspring since March 2025. Highspring specializes in Consulting, Managed Services, and Talent Solutions, with a focus on Vaco by Highspring, which delivers expert Talent Solutions across various disciplines including Accounting & Finance and IT. Prior to this, Brian held the role of Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Vaco by Highspring since September 2002, where responsibilities included setting the company's vision and mentoring offices nationwide. Previously, Brian served as Division Director at Robert Half Management Resources and as Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen.
