Heath Watson

Heath Watson, MBA, currently serves as the Director of NetSuite at Highspring since April 2025. Previously, Watson held the position of Solution Architect at BlueCollar Cloud Solutions for a brief period from December 2024 to April 2025. As Business Systems Manager at D'Amelio Brands LLC from May 2023 to November 2024, Watson contributed significantly to system management. Prior roles include Delivery Lead and NetSuite Senior Consultant at FMT Consultants and NetSuite Senior Consultant at Explore Consulting. Watson began the career as a NetSuite Account Executive at Meridian Business Services LLC and has extensive experience in systems development at Cropper Medical Inc, where multiple titles were held, ranging from Director of Systems Development to Data Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Southern Oregon University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same institution and an Associate of Arts in Oregon Transfer from Chemeketa Community College.
