Lilian Molina

Lilian Molina, CPA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk and regulatory advisory roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Risk & Regulatory Advisory at Highspring since March 2025, Molina previously held a similar position at MorganFranklin Consulting from September 2024 to March 2025. Prior to this, Molina worked as an Internal Audit Manager at POOLCORP from April 2021 to September 2024, and spent nearly seven years at Deloitte, where roles included Advisory Manager, Advisory Senior Consultant, and Advisory Consultant, starting as an Intern in the summer of 2013. Academically, Molina earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans in 2014 and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2013, following secondary education at Cabrini High School.
