Matt Church

Matt Church is an experienced professional in the fields of accounting, finance, and executive recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Highspring since 2025, Matt previously held the same title at Highspring (formerly Focus Search Partners) from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, Matt was a Senior Director of Accounting & Finance Executive Recruiting at Vaco by Highspring from 2019 to 2023. Matt's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant at DCT Industrial from 2015 to 2018 and serving as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG US from 2012 to 2015. Matt holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the SMU Cox School of Business, along with a minor in Philosophy from Southern Methodist University.
