Michele Rau is a Global Senior Human Resource Leader with over 25 years of experience in various HR disciplines. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Highspring, Michele focuses on strategic planning, policy development, and enhancing employee engagement. Previously, Michele held leadership roles at organizations such as Vaco by Highspring, Clark Pacific, and DMG MORI USA, where they contributed significantly to people development, compliance, and organizational design.
