Nick Holmes

Nick Holmes is a Director of Risk & Regulatory Advisory at Highspring, where they assist clients with SOX compliance, ERM, internal audit, and internal controls optimization. Previously, Nick served as the Director of Development at OmegaFi, focusing on management and fundraising for a non-profit foundation dedicated to scholarships and leadership for college students. They were also a Corps Member with Teach for America and taught at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. Nick's extensive background in risk assurance includes multiple roles at PwC, culminating as a Senior Manager. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations/Image Management from the University of Florida.
