Omar Hawa

Omar Hawa is a seasoned professional in the accounting and advisory field, currently serving as the Partner & Accounting Advisory Practice Leader at Highspring since March 2025. With a robust tenure at Highspring, formerly MorganFranklin Consulting, Mr. Hawa has held various leadership roles including Partner & Managing Director and Director, contributing to the firm’s growth and service offerings. Prior to joining Highspring, Mr. Hawa worked as a Senior Accountant for Black Entertainment Television, a Senior Auditor at Mitchell & Titus, LLP, and a Business Analyst at Fannie Mae. Mr. Hawa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from George Mason University’s Costello College of Business.
