Roger Boateng

Roger Boateng, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and transaction services, currently serving as Director in the Accounting & Transactions Group at Highspring since March 2025. In this role, Roger co-leads the IFRS Capabilities Team, focusing on the development of internal strategies, resources, and training for team members, while providing technical accounting advice for complex transactions including IPOs, business combinations, and foreign currency translation. Prior to Highspring, Roger held the position of Director at MorganFranklin Consulting, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Roger's earlier career includes senior audit roles at KPMG US, overseeing financial statement audits across various industries. Educational qualifications include a Master of Accounting & Information Systems from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Idaho State University. Roger has also passed CFA Level 2.
