Sandford Boyce

Sandford (Sandy) Boyce currently serves as the Managing Director at Highspring, a global professional services organization, since March 2025. Prior to this role, Sandy was the Managing Director at Focus Search Partners, a Vaco Company, from July 2017 to March 2025, where the focus was on executive recruitment and team building. Sandy also held the position of Managing Director at Taylor Winfield, which was acquired by Focus Search Partners in June 2017. Earlier experience includes partnership at Acertitude and O'Neill Consulting Group, and the role of Vice President at Pearson Partners, where Sandy progressed through various positions since 2005. Sandy founded Lax World Ohio in 2002, establishing a specialty retail store for lacrosse. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, obtained in 2001.
