Steph Lyons

Steph Lyons is a people-first leader dedicated to fostering cultures that prioritize employee engagement and support. They currently serve as the Director of Analytics & AI at Highspring, driving talent strategy in the healthcare sector. Previously, Steph held leadership roles in talent acquisition and workforce planning at organizations including CORTAC Group and Sirius Computer Solutions, where they implemented innovative strategies to enhance recruitment processes and build diverse talent pipelines. They began their career in community youth services and also contributed to content creation as a writer for Thunder Press. Steph is pursuing a B.A. in English Language and Literature with a focus on Creative Writing at San Jose State University and a Master’s in Management & Leadership at Western Governors University.
