Veronica Overman

Veronica Overman, CPA, currently serves as VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Highspring since March 2025, following a similar role at Vaco by Highspring from June 2024 to March 2025. Prior to this, Overman was the Partner and Head of Strategic Operations at Highspring (formerly BUILT) in 2023-2024 and the Global Corporate Controller at Aquity Solutions from 2019 to 2023, where significant value creation was achieved through a company spin-off and transition efforts. Overman's earlier experience includes serving as Controller at MDO Holdings, Revenue Manager at Red Hat, and Manager of Finance at M*Modal. Overman began the career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, progressing from Senior Associate to managing financial statement engagements for various sectors. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Accountancy from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Converse University.
