Bill Webb

William "Bill" Webb is the current Vice President of Resource and Program Management at Highstreet IT. Bill has over fifteen years of experience in executive leadership roles in the IT industry.

Webb began their career in 2004 as the General Manager of Cloud Services for mindSHIFT, a Ricoh company. Bill was responsible for managing the company's sales, marketing, product development, engineering and customer support functions through a team of 30 employees. Bill also oversaw the upgrade and re-engineering of mindSHIFT's consolidated back-end server environment, reducing it from 1200 servers to 250. In 2009, Webb led the re-architecting and launch of mindSHIFT's technology infrastructure for their new cloud-based service offering.

In 2016, Webb left mindSHIFT to join Ricoh USA, Inc. as their Vice President of Services Strategy and Development. Reporting directly to the CEO, Webb was tasked with designing, developing and leading Ricoh USA's new services go-to-market strategy, which involved expanding beyond their traditional hardware focus. Bill established strategic direction, product strategy and business case development tools, while also setting high-value IT solutions, infrastructure, cloud and data center services. Webb successfully took Ricoh USA's services offerings to market in 12 industries, including Healthcare, while maintaining horizontal consistency across all offerings.

Webb's proven track record in executive leadership roles in the IT industry makes him a valuable asset to Highstreet IT. Their experience in developing and launching successful go-to-market strategies for new service offerings will be instrumental in helping Highstreet IT grow and succeed in

Bill Webb has a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Nazarene College. Bill also has Strategic Transformation Executive Training from Harvard University.

Bill Webb reports to Nick Magliato, CEO. Bill Webb works with Josh Ezring - VP, Business Development, Henry Tran - EVP & Founder, and Ben Davies - Chief Financial Officer.
