Alwin started their career at Knotgames in 2018 as a Game Developer, where they gained valuable experience in game development processes. In 2019, they joined Outreal XR as a Game Programmer, contributing to the development of virtual reality games.

In 2020, Alwin Joseph transitioned to Blue Monocle Software as a React Developer, where they utilized their skills in front-end development. Alwin later joined TrueBays IT Software Trading LLC in 2021 as a React Native Developer, specializing in mobile application development.

Alwin Joseph also ventured into the education sector, working as a Teaching Assistant Tutor at SAE UAE from 2019 to 2021. During this time, they also took on the role of Game Developer, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
