Gary Chang

Gary Chang, PharmD, has extensive experience in the finance and real estate sectors, specializing in reverse mortgage advising. Since January 2016, Gary has served as a Reverse Mortgage Advisor at HighTechLending, Inc. Prior to this role, Gary held the same position at Security One Lending from January 2012 to December 2015. Additionally, Gary was the CEO of the Oakland Association of REALTORS from February 2009 to December 2011, where responsibilities included managing the 1150+ member association and implementing organizational changes to enhance efficiency and culture. Gary earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of California, San Francisco, between 1970 and 1974.
