We are one of the UK’s leading new writing theatre companies. Our mission is to develop new theatre productions and programmes that engage and inspire diverse communities in the East of England. We work in partnership locally and nationally year-round to co-produce and tour our productions and celebrate our home. We bring voices and stories from the East of England to national stages and world-class talent from across the country to the East of England.
 
We are committed to innovation and inclusion to widen engagement and raise the quality of our work. Our vision is of an East of England where everyone has the opportunity to share or encounter their story without prejudice and with joy.
 
We provide a year-around Artist Development programme, one tour a year and seasonal community work with our partners across the East of England:

Our Artist Development programme is dedicated to nurturing diverse talent, creating space for courageous artists to fully express themselves and develop their practice. 

We regularly tour high quality productions of new plays across the East of England. We share stories and experiences with our local audiences that provoke, move and inspire them.

Our community work brings together world-class storytellers with communities in the East of England to help them share their own stories and expand their creative lives.
