Caroline Dyott

Caroline Dyott is a seasoned professional in the arts and theatre industry, currently serving as a Trustee at HighTide since April 2024. Previously, Caroline held the position of Business Development Manager and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Ambassador Theatre Group from January 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included analyzing M&A opportunities and managing strategic projects. As Senior Producer at Donmar Warehouse from November 2018 to December 2021, Caroline managed an acclaimed West End production of "Constellations," which won a 2022 Olivier award for Best Revival. Earlier roles also include Producer at Sheffield Theatres and English Touring Theatre, and Head of Individual Giving at Bush Theatre where Caroline developed a successful fundraising strategy. Caroline holds an EMBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
