John Tan

John Tan is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in driving growth and innovation across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Product at Hightouch since April 2022, John previously co-founded and led Workbase as CEO, where the platform enabled RevOps teams to enhance data-driven workflows, ultimately securing an acquisition by Hightouch. Prior to this, John contributed to Segment as a Product Manager in Tooling and Business Operations, achieving significant organizational growth. Initial career experiences include roles at AWS as a Senior Product Manager focusing on EC2 Container Service and at Starr Investment Holdings LLC as a Private Equity Associate. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
