T.j. O’Connor

T.J. O’Connor currently serves as the Head of Technical Architecture at Hightouch, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes for major clients and aligning technical vision with business objectives. Prior to this role, T.J. held multiple positions at Datadog, including Manager of Sales Engineering, Senior Manager of Customer Success, and Manager of Customer Success, contributing to post-sales support and client satisfaction. T.J. also served as a Cyberspace Operations Officer in the United States Air Force for eight years. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Spanish minor from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
