Eric May

Eric May is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT support and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Desktop Engineering & Productivity Apps at Hightower Advisors since November 2018, Eric has previously held roles as Senior Technology Engineer and IT Associate within the same company. Prior to Hightower Advisors, Eric was the IT Service Desk Manager at Sun Coast Resources, Inc., where various positions included Senior Help Desk Agent and IT Infrastructure Specialist. Eric's career began at BancTec Third Party Maintenance Inc as a Field Service Technician, with subsequent positions at Eckerd Drugs, UTMB, HFF, and Verizon Wireless. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, complemented by training from Thought Rock in 2015.
