Highvault Consulting is a AI implementation and security leadership practice built for registered investment advisors.

For most RIAs, the problem isn't a shortage of systems, it's that growth has outpaced integration. Your CRM, portfolio accounting, and custodial platforms each hold part of the picture, and none of them share it cleanly. AI tools have entered the firm faster than governance has caught up. And the next SEC exam will ask how you oversee those tools, a question most firms your size can't yet answer with documentation.

We fix that. In one relationship, we connect your systems, bring your AI tools and automations under governance, and stand up the security program your CCO can hand to an examiner without flinching.

What makes us different:

• One named owner. The CTO/CISO in your discovery call is the same person delivering the work and answering the phone.
• CTO and CISO scope in a single conversation: connected systems and the security program around them.
• AI agent safety built in. We inventory automations already running at your firm, classify each one, and bring them under control.
• 8–16 week deployments, not 6–12 months.

We start small. A first engagement scoped so leadership can say yes without a six-month procurement cycle. No multi-year contract. An assessment gives you an executive report with specific findings; then we build; then we support.

We're a new firm with deep operating-CISO experience and a working reference architecture deployed inside a regulated investment management firm. We're building a small team of talented and trusted professionals to serve as advisors to a select group of RIAs who want partnership and advice with implementation built in.
