Danielle McCoy

Danielle McCoy is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Raft, a digital consulting firm committed to empowering public agencies. With a focus on elevating organizational culture and individual potential, Danielle has previously held key roles such as Senior Director of People at Raft, Head of People and Culture for the Americas at Nuix, and Director of HR at Angi. Additionally, Danielle is a founding member of the Board of Advisors for HighView, supporting first-generation, low-income students.
