David C. is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in the finance sector. As Co-Founder, CEO, and Chief Investment Officer of Karlin Asset Management since 2005, David has led the firm in employing a flexible framework for opportunistic investments across various asset classes and strategies. In addition to this role, David co-founded Highview Capital, a $500 million evergreen private equity fund with a broad investment mandate, in 2016. Furthermore, David serves as Chairman and Executive Committee Member at Calmwater Capital, which focuses on financing value-add and opportunistic commercial real estate investments.
