The Hub of Productivity in Historic Reedsport
Located in the heart of Old Town on Highway 38, Highwater Offices provides a premier workspace for Reedsport’s professionals. Situated in the mezzanine above the vibrant Highwater Cafe and just a block from the Post Office, we offer a location that blends Main Street exposure with the convenience of a downtown lifestyle.

Whether you are a local business owner looking to establish a professional presence or a remote worker seeking an inspiring alternative to the home office, our membership-based model is designed to help you stay focused and "rooted."

Our Key Offerings:
Private Office Suites: Furnished, dedicated rooms with individual climate control to keep you comfortable year-round.

Natural Atmosphere: Large skylights that flood the mezzanine with natural light, even on the grayest Oregon Coast days.

Conference Room: A professional space for meetings, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi, a large presentation screen, and a whiteboard wall for brainstorming.

Member Business Center: Exclusive access to a printer, scanner, and copier, plus a professional space for clients to wait or for quick, informal meetings.

Flexibility & Access: We offer 24/7 secure access for members, allowing you to work on your own schedule.

Stress-Free Parking: A dedicated parking lot out back ensures you never have to circle for a spot.

At Highwater Offices, we are more than just a place to work; we are a community of neighbors. We believe in the power of "working local," where the energy of a bustling cafe meets the privacy of a professional suite. We are proud to be part of the downtown Reedsport revitalization and invite you to join our growing community of neighbors.
