Highway Hub, operating under the brand name "Hi-Way Humsafar", is a platform dedicated to developing modern Way-Side Amenities (WSAs) along India’s key national expressways. A venture by Pragati Group, the country’s fourth-largest warehouse developer, Highway Hub combines deep infrastructure expertise with a future-forward vision for transit-oriented development. As India’s roads and highways market surges from USD 152.16 billion in 2024 to a projected USD 266.60 billion by 2030, the spotlight is shifting to the quality of experiences offered along these corridors.

At Highway Hub, our mission is to be a leading aggregator of the non-fuel highway economy, tapping into this early-stage but rapidly growing sector. With the Government of India planning 1,000 WSAs in the coming years, we aim to develop 100 strategically located, best-in-class WSAs across high-traffic corridors. Our offerings are designed not just for convenience but to enhance the overall journey — catering to families, professionals, tourists, and long-haul drivers alike.

We believe that every WSA should reflect the needs of its users and its surrounding region. That’s why each “Hi-Way Humsafar” location is a thoughtfully curated destination-combining fuel stations, high-quality multi-brand food courts, convenience retail, clean restrooms, EV charging, budget accommodations, and recreation zones. With strong execution capabilities and a consumer-first approach, Highway Hub is reimagining the future of highway travel in India — one destination at a time.
