David Chang

David Chang currently serves as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Highway, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, David Chang was a Senior Sales Engineer at Highway and spent over 16 years at Registry Monitoring Insurance Services, where responsibilities included Manager of Client Relations and National Account Supervisor. David Chang pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies with a focus on Economics at UC San Diego from 2005 to 2007.
