Juan Ramirez

Juan Ramirez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Assistant Manager of Operations at Highway since June 2023, Juan previously held positions as an Account Manager at both MoLo Solutions and ArcBest, as well as roles in sales coordination and retail supervision at PUMA Group. Juan began the career in the food industry at Pizzaroni. Academically, Juan holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Biology from Austin College, and a high school diploma from Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas.
