Jim Dutton

Jim Dutton is an experienced professional currently serving as the Senior National Technology Configuration Manager at National Highways since May 2023. In this role, Jim leads a team responsible for configuring and maintaining Operational Technology systems across England in alignment with business standards. Prior to this position, Jim had a notable 19-year tenure at Staffordshire Police, where roles included Detective Constable in the Enhanced Digital Investigation Unit and various positions within the Central Motorway Police Group. Additionally, Jim has entrepreneurial experience as a Company Director at Gravity Not Applicable and Club Network Limited, managing technology incubators and successful membership-based businesses.
