Mark Lambert

Mark Lambert has over 28 years of experience in service delivery and traffic management. Currently serving as the National Consistency Manager at Highways England since August 2005, Mark has previously held the position of On Road Traffic Officer Team Manager. Prior to this role, Mark was part of the Royal Air Force from May 1991 to May 2005, where involvement as a Royal Air Force Police member provided valuable skills and experience. Mark’s educational background includes studies at Oxford College and Carterton School and Community College.
