Mark Snell

Mark Snell currently serves as Traffic Officer Team Manager at Highways England, a position held since September 2017, with a progression through various roles in traffic management starting in December 2014. Responsibilities include managing traffic-related incidents on major motorways and A roads, implementing emergency traffic management, and engaging with the public in challenging situations. Prior to this, Mark had a notable tenure with the Qatari Armed Forces from August 1998 to December 2013, where Mark instructed drummers and managed projects in ceremonial music. Mark's career began in the HM Royal Marines, where service as a Royal Marine Bugler provided a foundation in music and military discipline. Mark holds a Diploma in Management and Leadership from Bournemouth University and completed secondary education at Heneage Secondary in Grimsby.
