Simon Ball has extensive experience in risk management and corporate governance, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Risk at National Highways since August 2022. As a Group Leader for Memusi Foundation since March 2015, Simon has been instrumental in supporting the Maasai community in Kenya by enhancing school infrastructure and promoting education. Previous roles include Risk Officer at London & Country Mortgages and various senior management positions at Lloyds Banking Group. Simon has also contributed to non-profit organizations as a trustee and chairperson, including a role at Foresight Preconception and as a 1st Responder for the London 2012 Olympics. Simon's career began at Clerical Medical as a Pensions Manager/Project Lead.
