Stephen Walker

Stephen Walker is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the Head of Service Management at National Highways since June 2022, Stephen previously held positions including Head of ITSM at Modern Networks and ICT Support Manager at intu, where leadership of a geographically dispersed support team was a key responsibility. With expertise in IT support and management gained through roles such as IT Manager at B M Howarth Limited and Network Manager at Education Bradford, Stephen has demonstrated a strong ability to implement network solutions and manage IT services effectively.
