Tim Asplin

Tim Asplin is a Senior Environmental Specialist in Ecology with extensive experience in consulting ecology, focusing on large-scale infrastructure and smaller residential projects. Over the past four years, Tim has conducted protected species surveys and licensing, particularly for Great Crested Newts, Bats, Badgers, and Dormice, and produced several ecological reports including PEA, EcIA, HRA, and BNG calculations. Tim's career includes roles as an Ecological Field Surveyor and Ecologist at various organizations, as well as leadership positions in ecology. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Countryside Management from Aberystwyth University, where they studied environmental law and biodiversity conservation. Currently, Tim is advancing their career at National Highways.
