Earlier experience includes positions at Highwire PR, BECCA Inc., Smashbox Cosmetics, and Nordstrom, with achievements in sales growth, team management, and high-volume department oversight. Debbie holds a degree as a Licensed Cosmetologist from Ganaye Academy of Cosmetology.
