Satya Pal

Satya Pal has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and publishing industries. Satya currently serves as SVP at HighWire Press, a position they began in October 2021. Prior to this, Satya worked as a Director at CorePeelers, starting in April 2021.

From December 2018 to October 2021, Satya held the role of COO at DigiScape Tech Solutions Ltd., a subsidiary of the India Today Group. In this position, they were responsible for sales, R&D, and product development, with a focus on platform solutions using machine learning and NLP.

Before joining DigiScape, Satya worked at MPS Limited, where they held the role of SVP - Platform Solutions from March 2018 to December 2018. In this role, they led platform development and innovation, managing P/L for key business units and overseeing offshore and onshore teams.

Prior to their time at MPS Limited, Satya served as Vice President and Business Head at MPS Technologies from April 2016 to February 2018. Satya was responsible for developing technical roadmaps, service delivery, and business development for various product units, including Mag+, THINK Subscription, and learning and assessments platforms.

Satya's earlier experiences include co-founding SocietyConnect and serving as Head of Technology and New Products Development at Wolters Kluwer Health (India) Pvt. Ltd. From 2008 to 2014, they held multiple roles at MPS Technologies, including VP & SBU Head for MPST and LNMS, and Vice President and BU Head. Additionally, they had significant contributions at MPS Technologies Ltd (Macmillan Company) as Head of Program Management, and at Quark Software Inc. as a Project Manager.

Satya Pal's education history starts with completing their ISC (Intermediate of Science) degree in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from SRM Inter College Bisalpur in 1985. After that, they pursued an M. Sc in Physics from Jitesh Vlog, specializing in Electronics, which they completed in 1990. Later, Satya Pal obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from IETE New Delhi between 1992 and 1995.

In terms of additional certifications, Satya Pal earned the "MongoDB for DBA and MongoDB for Java Developers" certification from MongoDB University in June 2014.
