Matthew Leiser

Matthew Leiser has extensive experience in property management, having held key positions in various organizations over two decades. Starting as General Manager at CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. from March 2002 to August 2010, Matthew transitioned to roles at CBRE as Associate Director and then served as Property Manager at Cambridge Holdings, Inc. from November 2015 to December 2020. Concurrently, Matthew worked at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. as Director - Regional Property Manager until March 2024, and most recently, Matthew has been with Physicians Realty Trust as Regional Property Manager. Currently, Matthew serves as Senior Property Manager at Highwoods Properties since December 2025. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Middle Tennessee State University, completed in 2006.
